Member Enrollment

Once you JOIN… you will receive an encrypted email from NoMax.
Please reply to that email and attach clear images of your State photo ID (front and back) or Passport.

• Accepted file types: JPEG or PNG
• Make sure your ID is readable and not blurry. Hint… make sure your camera is not on “Live Mode”.
• If you are not familiar with receiving an encrypted email… simply open the email, copy the six-digit code, and click Access Message. Open and then paste the six-digit code to view the message.
  • Now that the message is open, simply click the reply arrow in the upper right. Now attach your ID pics. Click Send.
• Again, this is the most secure way to send your ID pics, and it is the ONLY way NoMax can receive your ID pics.

To ensure the security of your identification, NoMax provides each member with an Identity monitoring and protection policy.

Option 1: Permit NoMax to enroll you in the ID policy (Recommended)

NoMax has paid for this 1-year policy and will also pay for your renewal at the end of the 12-month period.

Follow these steps to utilize your activated ID monitoring and protection:

1. Once you have verified your Identity (Step-1), NoMax will register a ID monitoring and protection policy in the legal name that appears on your State issued ID or Passport. The account will be registered to the email address you have provided NoMax.
2. Access for your ID monitoring and protection policy will be emailed to you with your temporary password and instructions to change your password and utilize your policy.
3.  This  policy has been pre-paid for 12-months. As the 12-month period nears expiration, NoMax will renew the policy or provide you with an equivalent policy to continue your identity monitoring protection.

👉 NoMax only shares your driver’s license for verification purposes. None of your contact information is shared. Your ID monitoring and protection policy has been provided to vigilantly assist you in monitoring your identity.

Option 2: Waive ID monitoring and protection Coverage

If you choose not to enroll in the ID monitoring and protection , you must sign and submit a Waiver Form acknowledging that you decline identity protection coverage.

This form is provided upon request.

NoMax strongly recommends enrolling in the paid-for ID monitoring and protection policy.

* Please note that there is no additional monetary benefit for members who refuse ID monitoring and protection coverage.

Payments are sent through PayPal or Venmo.
If you already have a PayPal or Venmo account, go directly to the “Get Paid” step.

If not, follow these quick instructions to “Create” your PayPal account.

How to Create a PayPal Account:

1. Go to paypal.com or download the PayPal app.
2. Select “Personal Account.”
3. Enter your email address and mobile number.
4. You’ll receive a text message with a confirmation code—enter it to continue.
5. Create a secure password.
6. Enter your name and address as they appear on your ID.
7. Check your email for a verification message and click the link to confirm.
8. PayPal will automatically create your username for receiving payments.
9. Other PayPal Options:
   1. Link a debit card (or select “Not now”)
   2. Link your bank account if you prefer direct transfers
10. You can now Send or Receive money through PayPal once your setup is complete.

Final Step to “Get Paid”

Once your PayPal (or Venmo) account is active, send a payment request to:

Include the subject line: “Payment Request – [Your Full Name]”

Request amount : $10.

After the 3 Enrollment Process steps are complete, NoMax will send you a $10 payment directly to your PayPal or Venmo account… the process may take up to 24 hours.
